Alessandro Conti is an architect born in Florence (Italy) in 1963. He dealt with the conservation of Modern Movement architecture and was Adjunct professor of Materials deterioration and diagnostics and Pathology and deterioration of historical buildings (1999-2003). His professional work is focused mainly on conservation of heritage architecture. Now he is a collaborator of Geomatics for conservation and communication of Cultural heritage Laboratory (University of Florence) and partecipated to many survey campaigns in Italy and abroad. He is able to work with laser scanners and photogrammetric hardware and softwares and is now involved in treatment and modelling of 3-D databases.
